Greyhawk Golfclub of the Everglades Home Designs have yet to be fully disclosed. For now, the neighborhood of Greyhawk will reportedly be comprised by only a little more than 500 single-family home sites. Homes will be priced from the high $300s and provide from 1,659 square-feet to more than 3,800 square-feet of living area. While designs will appear here as soon as information is released, there are a few standard features which can be routinely evidenced in the construction quality that has long defined Pulte Homes. Such features can includes conveniences like “Everyday Entry” – a design that allows for greater expanded access through the most-used entrance in the home. These entry systems are complemented with “drop zones,” essentially spaces to store materials you wouldn’t want cluttering the rest of the house. Pulte Homes has also advanced on their design of “Life Tested Living Spaces,” essentially functional living areas which allow for better family gathering and entertaining. Such designs do not have the wasted space you might normally find in older homes, yet also offer more usable space in areas where you spend most of the time.
